# View media and files in a conversation

To easily find photos, videos, and files exchanged in a Linphone conversation, follow the steps below :

Access shared media

To easily find all the photos and videos exchanged in a conversation :

1. **Open the relevant conversation**.

2. **Tap the three-dot icon ⋮** located on the right side of the conversation title.

3. **Select “Media”**  from the options menu.

4. The gallery of all media shared in this conversation will then appear.

Access shared documents

To view all the documents and files exchanged in a conversation :

1. **Open the relevant conversation**.

2. **Tap the three-dot icon ⋮**located on the right side of the conversation title.

3. **Select “Documents”**  from the options menu.

4. The list of all documents shared in this conversation will then appear.

💡 **Tip :** This feature allows you to quickly find important files without having to scroll through the entire conversation.
